Cannot log into SEA admin client after upgrade to 4.2.0.2

Our SEA automatically upgraded to 4.2.0.2 overnight and since then we cannot loginto admin interface (have tried IE, Chrome and Firefox)

I have checked and mail is routing through device correctly and users can log into their Spam Console area.

 

When I try to connect using url similar to :

https://xyz.com:18080/Dashboard

after 5 minutes I receive error:

504 Gateway Timeout

 

Has anyone experienced same issue or advise of possible troubleshoot the issue?

  • Same issue here.  Currently waiting on Sophos support to respond.  Also, our email was not flowing through the appliance.  Rebooted (power reset) and got web access to the appliance as well as email flowing again.  Unfortunately about an hour and 20 minutes later all stopped again.  Rebooting got it going again, but on hold with Sophos support for a real solution.
