Huge increase in SPAM Medium

SPAM Email appliance (Hardware)

We have seen a HUGE increase in the last 3 weeks of SPAM Medium emails which are 100% definitely SPAM.

Have you changed your classification in SPAM ratings in the last few weeks?

How can we get these classified as  SPAM HIGH?
