I recently ran into an issue with the Security Certificate, stating "The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. The target principal name is incorrect."
Reviewing the certificate, it said the certificate was issued to bluetie.com.
After several attempts at troubleshooting, the only way I was able to stop these error messages from arising was to change the mail servers to imap.bluehost.com and smtp.bluehost.com, accordingly. I verified both incoming and outgoing emails as working afterward. Multiple users were having this issue, as well.
While this seems to have resolved the issue, these settings obviously do not correspond to the settings that I was initially given, which was imap.reflexion.net and smtp.reflexion.net.
I wanted to report this in case it is a possible bug, as well as confirm that my new settings will not cause any problems going forward.
