forwarded email from the qurantine

Why does a forwarded email from the qurantine, set the from adress to the postmaster (instead of the original sender)? Can I change that?

    Thanks, but if I have 50-100 mails in the quarantine, and I want the original sender to be intact, changing this as many times is ... just stupid. Why tamper with the original sender in the first place? The recipient doesnt know me either, she/he expects mail from another one...
