Will SEA stop working if license expires for a few days?

I have a couple days left for our SEA license to expire.

Because of internal bureaucracy here, it may take a while for the new license to be bought.

I would like to know if Sophos Email Appliance will stop working during those days. I guess that updates won't be working, but will it continue to filter spam?

    Greetings.

    Yes, your upgrades will stop - but your appliance will continue to process mail flow for some time. You should contact your Sophos Account Manager to renew ASAP.
