To add a mail relay server: In the Internal hosts and networks text box, enter the hostname, IP address, or IP address range, and click Add.
Note: To set an IP address range, use CIDR notation (for example, 192.168.45.0/24).

Thank you! This wasn't clear in the user interface as it said to enter an IP or hostname and made no mention of CIDR format.
