BULK Exclude Sender Not working

What is the correct syntax for adding emails to the exclude user list.

@domain.com - allow everything though or do I need to specify the exact email. I tried *@*domain.com, @domain.com and *@domain.com and they still trigger BULK policy

Hello Ken,

You can enter individual email addresses if you want or you can enter wild-card characters in this text box to match on multiple addresses. For instance, test?@*example.com would match on both test1@example.comand test3@mail.example.com

Also, did you try **@domain.com ?

I will try your suggestion, how does the process working? If the domain is in the allow list, does it bypass all policies?

Hi Ken

No, domains in the allow list will only bypass anti-spam filtering.

I tried **@aha.org, and it still triggered the BULK policy, I need a resolution on how to handle the domains that are legit via the BULK policy.

Create an Additional Policy using "Watch list" then add the email address **@domain.com and **@*.domain.com on the include sender then select deliver immediately for the action.
