Install Package for Linux or Windows for running at Cloud Service Provider

Hi, I'm using Email Appliance for many year's and wanna to migrate it to Cloud Service Provider. Is there any method to do that or require another product to fulfill this requirement. Thanks!

  • Hello Ken,

    Greetings.

Yes, you can integrate sophos email appliance (SEA) into a cloud set up.

The current setup would be like - mx record (a record)  > firewall > SEA > exchange.

After adding cloud support, it will be - mx (a record) > firewall > SEA > cloud server > cloud exchange > mail box.

You simply add the cloud as either a downstream relay you deliver to, or an upstream relay that delivers to the appliance,

If the cloud is upstream and delivering mail to the SEA, it should be set up as a trusted relay on the appliance.

Let me know if that answers your question or if you have any further questions.
