how long do blocked emails stay in the quarantine?

How long will the system keep the quarantined emails,  and is this configurable from my end?

    Emails are kept in the quarantine for 30 days or until 90% of disk space is used at which point it will start overwriting older messages.

    Unfortunately you can't configure this. If you'd like to pull the messages from the appliance before they're overwritten you can perform a backup from Configuration > System > Backup.
