LDAP Integration for new Help Desk Administrators

Question

Is it possible to integrate LDAP into Sophos email appliance v3.9.1.0 instead of creating each individual help desk user? I would like for Help Desk to log into the appliance with their AD credentials if possible.

Currently it is not possible to create system administrators with LDAP integration. So you would still in fact need to make an account for each help desk user. 
 
I think this would be a good feature request to make to allow for more AD integrated features.
