SEA writes wrong timestamp (received time) in the headers ( GMT +000 I/O GMT +2 )

After inspecting the email headers of the received mail we see that the timestamp written in the headers are wrong.

We verified the SEA system configuration and that seems correct...

The system is configured for GMT +2

The time in the web console shows the correct time and also the logging in the web console is correct.
But, when the mail is processed and delivered, the timestamp in the header is wrong.

The received timestamp by the SEA in the mail header is GMT +000 instead of GMT +2

We are on SEA version: 4.5.3.0
