Recently I have had the need to activate the remote support tunnel for an issue.
I was asked to activate the remote support but for the love of everything dear to me I couldnt find it in the interface, so with my tail between my legs I e-mailed back with the question where to find it.
Turns out you have to click Help and then its an options somewhere there.
I did click help but since it opened in a new tab and looking like the manual I discarded it as a valid location.
I would like to do an RFC and make this button available in the interface itself instead. Same goes for the licensing details.
