Hi Community,
Some customers are experiencing emails being stuck in the delay queue rescan. Messages will show as "Delay - Under rescan" and be in the queue longer then max delay time (default 60 mins).
Restarting the appliance will force the delay queue process to restart. You can also contact Sophos Support who can restart the delay queue process in the back end.
Development is actively investigating this issue. Please follow this KB for updates regarding this.
