[Sophos Notification] After update of Email Appliance to 4.3.0.0 messages may build up in the frontend queue and not process

There has been some reports since the GA release of firmware 4.3.0.0 that messages have been building up in the frontend queue and doesn't seem to process

 

Impact: 

Email will not be received in a timely manner. Delays of 30 mins or more maybe noticed

 

Status:

Our development team is currently investigating.

 

What To Do:

If you are experiencing this issue, please create a ticket with Support who can assist you in clearing the queue.
