Sender Genotype false positives.

Hi Everyone,

Wondered if anyone has any feedback or help on the Sender Genotype functionality? I have been testing it but find 95%+ of the emails that are blocked are genuine? Upon tracking the logs -

Example: The sender is using a gmail.com account in the uk - Sophos block is for Sender IP.  the Blacklisted IP address is 159.192.217.215 - at point of testing using mxtoolbox this is on 2 blacklists. the IP address relates to Thailand? It seems most domains that host multiple companies/large customer base end up filtered with sender IP blacklisted?

I have multiple emails arriving every hour with this problem.

Is there some kind of configuration setting/change I am missing?

I get the same results with either connection level or policy level blocking?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Tony
