This is the most frustrating experience.
Yesterday I found after doing a scan of my mac, that it said I have 2 issues.. However nowhere can I find any description of these issues or how to fix them. So, I look in forums, no help. I email Customer support.. All I'm told is go back to forums and post a question. Now after 20 minutes.. And still not finding a place to even post a question.. I find Feedback..
Well, this site, is NOT user friendly, in my experience. It's difficult to find ANY help. I have not found any easy way to use it.. How about a click here to ask a question button? Or a "can't find what you're looking for? Ask here"
Or Customer support could have just answered my question in the first place instead of passing me off here.
So.. Where does one even ask a question? Or better yet.. Is there a help center?

I don't know how the Community start page looks for a new member (and BTW I'm not Sophos) as there have been changes like a few hints popping up.
I look in forums
then I wonder why you haven't stumbled over Sophos Home or Free Tools. And if I type mac issues detected in the search field at the top - at least some of the stuff seems to be related, isn't it? So it should be too hard to find a good place to ask.
