What password manager do you recommend?

do you have a password manager that you like to use and can recommend?

On Apple, I recommend the built in Keychain. It automatically makes your passwords available on all your apple devices in the same iCloud account. The passwords are not stored in iCloud. 
 If you want to have passwords available across Apple and non-Apple devices, LastPass, DashLane, and other alternatives exist.
