I feel like a fool asking this - but do you need to create a network access rule to allow access to the User Portal externally? Internally it's fine (on the local LAN), but it's not answering on 443, it just times out on the public IP. I'm pretty sure we're ready to roll (IPS, Threat Management, Content Filtering, AD Integration, STAS, SSLVPN), with all configured.
So frustrated. I know I'm missing something beyond silly ....
