I mean after update to 17.5.14 MR-14-1 (CR50iNG) asi red services indicator and detail say crreport dead. Trying start crreport service say 503 Service Failed. Command tail -f crreportdb.log show this:

I mean role pgroot does not exist is problem? What to do?

This only affects Cyberroam devices which never flushed their reports after migrating to SFOS.

sorry i got upset with Sophos support team and i had rolled back to SFOS 17.5.13 MR-13 from SFOS 17.5.14 MR-14-1 and now its fine.
I dont know what exactly crreport service is but i dont see for now critical functional problems. Therefor i try wait for reaction to my case and i dont go roll back to MR-13. But thanks for infot that this is solution if i find some critical problem later.
Its a strange situation, MR14 is fine with XG105... there is no issues at ll but, i believe there some issues with (Cyberoam firewalls) CR50iNG.
I can confirm tahat on other company site on XG105 (in HA too) no problem. But Emmosophos write that affects only Cyberoam if there never flushed reports after migrating to Sophos XG.

The crreport is for Cyberroam reporting data base, which contains the report data of cyberoam, the XG doesn't use this which is why it shows as Dead. It however shouldn't affect any daily function, and this will resolved on 17.5 MR16 (no ETA).
