Unable to register with Sophos Central

Hey all,

 

I'm having a great deal of difficulty getting a firewall registered with Sophos Central.. been getting the same error for a couple of weeks and as we're about to take it off the private network and put it over a mobile network it's pretty critical that I can get remote management..

Tried removing all firewall rules except for an Any/Any, but no dice. 

DNS resolves without any issues..

Unable to connect when just going over a public network and not through the HO UTM. 

System log viewer also throws up 17910 and 17918 errors,

 

Any suggestions for where to look and what may be blocking it?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    It could be an issue with the time on the firewall. Please check Administration > Time, see if the firewall is in sync with the current time. 

    If time is correct on the firewall, then we need to review hbtrust, heartbeatd, applog, and sophos-ventral logs for further troubleshooting.
