Puremessage Anti-Spam not working as expected

Hello,

I am trying to "allow specific senders" and I have entered the addresses correctly. However, messages from the senders are still being quarantined. Even when I try to deliver the quarantined messages, this does not seem to work. Whatsmore, it seems that some messages that are below the configured spam score of 85 are being quarantined.

I am using Puremessage for Exchange 3.1.0.0 on Windows server 2008 R2.

Can anyone help please?
