Failed to read configuration

Hi guys

Hope you can help me I see the following being logged in the event logs from time to time

This is logged on my pure message server as per event

Im running version 3.1.0.0

    We've seen that error appear when older versions of the Sophos Endpoint client are used in conjunction with Puremessage to scan messages that include a complex PDF that contains a large number of HTML links.     Normally, restarting the SAV service clears this, but there have been some updates if you're running an older SAV version. However, we have also seen issues with synchronization to mobile devices tied to this error, so if you haven't already, please contact our support staff if these errors persist so we can investigate deeper into your environment.
