Cyberoam is blocking mobile devices and upload speed droped

I bought a CR50ING cyberoam after making the basic settings through the wizard, I came across the second problems
1. I can not access the internet through any mobile device,
2. Upload speed dropped,

I did not apply a rule just following the setup wizard instructions.
What can I do to fix this problem.

    I think you posted this thread in the wrong place. Are you using Cyberoam Appliance with Sophos XG on it?

    If yes, please subscribe to XG forum and then notify me with a PM so I can move the thread to the right place.

    Sophos Web Appliance are Sophos Appliance and are different from XG.
