Puremessage delegation

Hi folks,

Can some one advise when delegation roles will be made available in Puremessage for Exchange.  I was told a couple of years ago that it had been noted as a feature request but I have heard nothing since.

I would like for my service desk staff to be able to release quarantined emails.  And no I dont want users being able to release their own quarantined email :)

    Hello Swanny,

    We're currently working on a consolidated management console which will eventually allow delegation of specific roles across a number of our products. This would be our preferred method of delivering this feature, though depending on timing we may still consider including it in the standalone product as well. That said, we don't expect to work on that feature in PureMessage in the next 6-12 months.
