Feature Request: Management Appliance - Report to show what users are connected to which Web Appliance

Hello,

I’m switching users from using WPAD to WCCP. The WPAD file is pointing to a Web Appliance different than WCCP. I still have some users using the WPAD proxy. I would like a report to be added on the Management appliance that shows a list of users connected to each Web Appliance.

  • Here is a workaround:

On the SWA with WPAD, unjoin it from the SMA.

Now you can log into that SWA specifically and you will get the reports only for that SWA.  That should tell you who is still using it.

One other possibility is under Alerts and Monitoring, Syslog.  You can log externally.  I'm not sure off the top of my head if when turning this on from the SMA you'll be able to tell form raw log who is connected to what.  If you unjoin the SWA you may be able to turn it on for that SWA and then rejoin.
