Need assistance please! Sophos email appliance error 550 5.7.1 Authentication Required

550 5.7.1 Authentication Required

Outside email cant send to our email server through sophos email appliance.

See sample error.

you may need to update your routing to allow that mailer to relay mail... add them to the mail domains under the routing menu.
