Gateway Appliance

Is this possible with the Gateway device?

I need to capture all email going out of the network and have it encrypted.  Not all email goes through the exchange server.  Will the Gateway device do this for us?

    Hi,

    The Email appliance comes with two types of encryption:

    TLS - This is server to server encryption.  The appliance will attempt to setup a secure tunnel to deliver messages to the other server.   However, the message will arrive unencrypted in the recipients inbox as expected

    SPX - Messages are encrypted into the form of a password protected PDF attachment.   By default, the recipient needs to register with a secure portal to get the password and decrypt the PDF.

    This isn't normally used for all e-mail, but you can set it up to only encrypt certain messages (Eg. those containing financial data, or those that are sent to specific addresses).

    Perhaps you could call are sales team if you're interested in a trial?
