Sophos Web Appliance & Endpoint bandwith reports Inaccurate?

We are running Sophos Endpoint 10 and a Sophos Virtual Appliance for web filtering via endpoint and I’’’’m noticing an issue with the bandwidth related to streaming media, primarily streamtheworld.com and their IPs.

For multiple users who are streaming radio stations that use streamtheworld’’’’s IPs they are showing extraordinary levels of bandwidth in the report which is just not possible.  As a test I streamed 15min of a radio station which showed up as 2.3gigs of bandwidth in the report, but in reality was more along the lines of 3.8megs according to test/numbers I came up with on my test system.

What is causing this issue, and is it something that can be resolved?  We don’’’’t seem to be experiencing this issue with other streaming services as far as I can tell.

    I haven't seen an issue like you have discribed before, so it would be good to troubleshoot this.  Since we don't have an account for this site, we will need to do the troubleshooting with you and will require access to the logs on the backend of the appliance.
