New activation code for existing Appliance

Hi,

we have a WS1100 web appliance which has been running for quite a while by now. After a bit of confusion about a licence expiry/renewal we got a new activation code.

My question is, where exactly can I enter that code?

The appliance keeps saying that it's licence expired, but I don't know where I might enter the new activation key...

    Hi Thomas,

    Once activated you can't change the activation code yourself.  You shouldn't actually need to because when you renew your software license this should be automatically picked up on the appliance.

    So assuming you have renewed your license this may be an order processing error.  Could you call Sophos support with your hardware serial number (in Help > About)?  They will make sure that the expiration date for this appliance has been properly extended.
