User Portal not working v9

Hi All,

Im running sophos v9.x

I am trying to configure the user portal and I can not access the user portal externally.  This is what I have done so far:

-Registered at DynDns 

- Configured DynDns in Sophos

- Turned on User Portal

      - Configured for Any port

      - in advanced, set to any address and port 443

- I am able to connect to web admin port externally

- I am able to connect to user portal fom INTENAL network

- I have tried to change port from 443 to some other number and it still won't work.

- I have tried to change 

- I turned off netwok protection  by allowing an any to any rule ( essentially opened up, no rules), still no luck.

I'm at a lose and don't know what else to try.   I'm sure its' something stupid that I'm missing.  

Any suggestions welcome.
