Is there any way we can add an exclusion to a Recipient address based in Active Directory from filtering message from Random e-Mail addresses,
The scenario is we are an online retailer who receive Paypal e-mails from purchasers, some of these are retreived okay but the majority are being blocked and we have an automated system which checks the mailbox and processes the orders but unfortunately this isn't happening unless we release the mail manually.
i.e. Exclude Orders@domain.com from being filtered? I can only see Sender Whitelist
