You – our PureMessage for UNIX customers - told us what mattered most, and we listened! The result after a significant investment is version 6.0, a major update that contains a number of exciting improvements that help more demanding customers like you get what you need and more out of the PureMessage for UNIX platform. With this update you can expect:

IPv6 ready: We’’’’ve added IPv6 support to all core components so you can secure your message traffic regardless of what kind of network it’’’’s traversing.

Performance improvements: We’’’’ve updated several core components - such as Postfix, PostgreSQL and Apache - to provide added security, resolve outstanding issues and improve performance. Optimizations to the End User Web Interface provide you with an estimated 20% improvement in responsiveness.

More robust forensics: Our revamped forensics system provides new features, added resiliency and improved reliability. We improved search reliability as well as accuracy, and you can now search logs by subject. Indexing is now more robust, particularly when dealing with unparsable log entries or files.

Refreshed User Interface: All of the user interfaces, including the PureMessage Manager, Groups Web Interface, and the End User Web Interface have all been updated with a modern, clean new look.

These updates and more, including a number of deployment and installation improvements, make this version of PureMessage the most powerful and flexible version yet!
