Puremessage for Exchange 2010: Quarantine not showing attachments

Hi

I have Sophos Puremessage 3.1.1 running on my Exchange 2010 server and it all works well, apart from the fact that the end user quarantine area won't show quarantined emails with attachments. I can see them on the server console and delete/deliver but for end users emails with attachments are missing in the list of emails.

Is this normal behaviour or can I do something to get them to show up in end user quarantine.

    Hi Alan,

    End users can only access messages quarantined as spam or suspected spam. I think the most likely explantion for what you're seeing is either that the messages have either not been quarantined as spam (or suspected spam) or that they are spam but may match another classification - viral or content for example.
