Policy based on word in Subject

Question

I'm struggling to figure out how to create a policy based on Subject content alone. What I am trying to do is if the word "secure" is in the subject, send the message encrypted. Is this possible and if so how?

Hi JCD, Yes this is possible, you will need to create and additional policy rule that uses only message attributes. 1. Goto Configuration -> Policy -> Additional Policy 2. Click the outbound tab 3. Click the "add" button to create a new policy rule 4. Select "Use only message attributes" as the rule type 5. Select "Header" from the dropdown box and put in the header you want to match 6. Choose the match type: "contains (substring match)" 7. Enter the string in the value field and click apply. 8. Click Next until Main Action 9. Select "Encrypt the message using SPX" from the drop down 10. Choose the SPX encryption template and options associated 11. Click Next and define the rule and activate it. -Jason :21193
