Factory settings on Sophos ES1000

    Hi,

    I'm afraid there is no factory reset option, but we can restore your configuration from a previously saved backup.  Alternatively, you should be able to arrange for your reseller to re-image the device.

    Is there a specific problem with the configuration that I could help with?
