Virtual web appliance download issue

Hi,

When trying to download any file from the internet, our users are getting 'page cannot be displayed' when clicking on 'click here to retrieve file' after the file has been scanned. Also, the icons on the scanning page do not display, and instead show a red X.

It's as if they do not have permissions to access files on the appliance, but I can't see anywhere to change this.

    Hi AJS,

    The most common issue for the problem you describe is that you do not have a DNS A record created for the FQDN of the appliance in your local DNS.  This is a requirement as the appliance uses its FQDN to display errors and notification pages, as well as the link for scanned files.
