In the documentation for PureMessage, I see that the software...
"installs Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 as a pre-requisite".
This is from the PDF file "pmex_31_seng.pdf" on page 6.
The component is supposed to have issues with Exchange Web Services.
We are advised to install an update described in MS KB article 959209.
It looks like this is the update in question - NDP35SP1-KB958484-x64.exe - and it looks like it has already been installed.

Simple question: what if .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is already installed?
