Email appliance, Quarantined email report

I have a few users say that they have never recieved a Quarantined email report.  There are messages in thier quarantine folder.  Is there a way to confirm that a report was sent to thier email address?

    Please contact our support team, they can verify who has and has not received a quarantine summary.  One other thing to make note is if the user has a mapped address or alias to their email address.  This could change who receives a summary or not.
