Hi Azwan,
If you labled your Sophos appliance with an internal name then that will be used by the MTA. A suggestion is to use the name of your mail server as the host of your appliance.

Hi Jason,
There should be some conflict since 2 same internal name if im not mistaken?.
Currently all my client that use ES1100 is using internal host name and didn't encounter any this issue except 1 customer. Thanks
