Email Appliance Reports incomplete/incorrect

My Spam Recipients report seems to be acting oddly. None of the time periods ever show more than 2 recipients.....and most of the time it only shows 1 recipient. Today's report shows user1 and user2. Yesterday report shows user1 and user3. Last 7 day reports only shows user1. Why does it act like this? It's obviously not accurate and therefore worthless.

Also top 10 spam relays is weird. Today's report shows top 10 ips. Yesterday report shows no data. Last 7 days report shows only 5 ip addresses. Last 5 week shows 10 again.

There is obviously some flawed logic here and would like to see it fixed. The reporting on this appliance is weak enough.

    Hi,

    Have you contacted our support team and if so do you have a case number that was assigned so that I can have a look at your issue.  The reports should be updating, however, perhaps there is something else underlying that maybe preventing more accurate information.
