Puremessage for Linux, Non English Disclaimer

Hi, we have a problem configuring a disclaimer for all outgoing mail, with PureMessage (v 5.6) for Linux .

We want the disclaimer to be both in Greek and English, and we can't make it work without having the recipient changing the default encoding for his incoming mail .

Any help ?
