End of life spare hardware

Question

Hello, 
 With the retirement of Sophos SG hardware approaching soon (2 months), I wanted to know if hardware replacement for faulty hardware will still be available as long as the license is able to be renewed which ends in 2026.

Hey Tom B , Thank you for reaching out to the community, as long as you have a valid standard protection UTM license your appliance will be eligible for the RMA.
