Generate a new SSL certification for webadmin access via ADCS

Hi there,

can anyone help me how i can secure the webadmin access with Active directory certificate service on my local network? I also need to know how I can prevent my users to face HTTPS error on their browsers while reaching authentication or blocked URL pages without importing any certification at user end.
