aktiver Webfilter blockiert Internet Radio

Hallo, folgendes Problem:
wir haben den Webproxy im Einsatz und dieser verhindert die Wiedergabe von vielen Internetradiostationen. Im Webproxy Log habe ich keine Fehlermeldung, dass etwas geblockt wird, auch ist die reputation normal. Wenn ich die Domain teste unter policy helpdesk ist alles ok. Habe für die Domains auch schon Ausnahmen erstellt, ohne Erfolg. Weiß jemand woran das liegt? Danke

  • What exactly is happening when you try and load the radio sites, does the page actually load and just the audio that doesn't?

    Do you use Application control? - if so do you see anything blocked for that?

    To confirm its the proxy causing the issue, if you bypass it and go straight through the firewall does it work?

    Assuming it still fails to load can you please post the URLs you are visiting and the corresponding http log and firewall log.

    Hallo, ich habe schon alles auprobiert. Es geht auch nicht wenn ich den Webfilter ausschalte und nur über direktes http surfe. Applications Controll und IDS habe ich ebenfalls schon abgeschaltet ohne Erfolg.
    Fehlermeldung erhalte ich keine es kommt einfach keine Musik.

    z.B. alle Radiosender auf 1live.radio.de oder auch http://player.radioultra.ru/

    Firewall log geprüft? Da wird bestimmt was geblockt. Ansonsten nachschauen im Webfilter-, IPS- und Application Protection-Log.

    Guten Morgen zusammen, also ich habe ein paar Tests gemacht. Es muss definitiv am Webproxy liegen. Mit aktivierter Application Control, IDS, läuft es nur wenn ich den Webproxy an habe klappt es nicht. policy helpdesk bringt bei der url jedoch allowed...

    Bei mir funktioniert das ganze gut mit 1live.radio.de und http://player.radioultra.ru/
    Webproxy ist aktiviert im "standard mode"

    Intrusion Prevention und Advanced Threat Protection sind aktiviert, Application Controle is nicht aktiviert.

    Beim Filtering Options -> Misc -> Streaming Settings: ist "Bypass content scanning for streaming content" gewählt ?

    Hallo, danke habe es geprüft. Ja die Streaming Einstellung ist gesetzt. Der Helpdesk check bringt ja auch keinen Fehler.

    Ich habe es mit mit mehreren UTM systemen getestet, und es funktioniert problemlos. Wir verwenden aber keine Application Control. Vielleicht etwas zu versuchen ?

    Oder erstellen Sie ein neues content filter mit alles 'Allow', kein anti-virus usw. Wenn es dann funktioniert kann man wieder sachen schalten und die effekte untersuchen
