We are currently experiencing technical issues with Sophos utm 9 that we would like to resolve as soon as possible:
1-when a user uses the zoom application it is considered as unclassified traffic in the monitor in addition the application does not use a good speed of our internet connection therefore the quality of the sound and the video are poor.
2- When a user uses YouTube too it is considered unclassified traffic in the monitor and therefore the links viewed by the users do not show up on the reports.
