 Is there an astaro category witch block tunnel websites like proxtik.com It's really easy for user to find such sites. 
 Or is there a other solution?

 You can query the category of a site at: https://trustedsource.org/sources/index.pl?do=feedback&subdo=url&action=checksingle 
 Select McAfee Smartfilter XL. Proxtic is in the subcategory "Anonymizers" and that's in the "IT" category. I like to make a new category for each of my clients that includes: 
 
 Anonymizers 
 Anonymizing utilities 
 Browser exploits 
 Extreme 
 Hacking/computer crime 
 Malicious downloads 
 Malicious sites 
 Phishing 
 Remote access 
 Spam URLs 
 Spyware/adware 
 Web ads
