Martin, is perfomance better with MTU 1450? Better than with 1280?

No! - definately not - 1280 gives 21mbit download and 1450 gives 0,08 [:O]

Don't know if the UTM is vulnerable to DOS attack but I don't see why not. I guess 9.307 should be coming soon[:P]

Looking at these posts, should I be changing my MTU? all of my interfaces, external, internal and wireless are listed as 1500 (default?)?

If you're not having any problems, do not change MTUs. The fix changes the MTUs (apparently) on "Separate Zone"-configured Wireless setups automatically.

I just haven't been able to reproduce this in 9.305 or 9.306. Our MTUs are at 1500 and we get 25Mbps both directions from an AP30 (copying 100MB files between two computers takes 40 seconds each way). SSID bridged to LAN.

BAlfson, it isn't the bridged networks that are having the issue, it's the Separate Zone Networks.

This -- I definitely could reproduce this as well. Have not tested how the MTU mods the new release affect things yet, though.
