Sophos UTM 9.X - Sophos Connect and provisionning file

Hello folks,

For the moment, we still use the old Sophos SSL VPN client and I'm looking to migrate to Sophos Connect and make it the easier as possible for our end users.

I discovered the following blog which is great:

I also see some information about the Sophos Connect provisionning file:

However, I'm using a Sophos SG 210 with UTM software 9.713-19 and it doesn't work.

I have the following error : "Cannot connect to policy gateway: <gateway name>"

The gateway name is correct and the port is also correct (it's the User Portal). I'm not prompted for any credentials.

Is it normal ? Is the provisionning file feature only for the XG firewall software ?
