[8.900][BUG] Voucher definition, Voucher time 24hours

Hi there,
if you enter in the voucher definitions a time quota of 24hours or something devidable by 24hours it is set back to 1min when you hit save. I can reproduce that.

I can reproduce as well. I created mantis #20567 to handle this.
