When user portal set to Dutch language and a user types a wrong password than the message he/she gets is; "door beleid." in English this would be "by policy."
When user portal set to English and the user gets this error message it says; "invalid username/password, or access denied by policy."
"invalid username/password, or access denied by policy." translated in Dutch would be "gebruikersnaam/wachtwoord ongeldig, of toegang geweigerd door beleid."
Maybe you can update this message in the user portal.
